GARY C. KAISEN
Gary C. Kaisen graduated from Trinity College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with Honors and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy in 1991. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from Boston College Law School in 1995. He is admitted to practice in Connecticut State Courts, U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. He is appointed by the Chief Administrative Judge of Civil Matters to act as a factfinder/arbitrator for the Connecticut Superior Courts. He has tried multiple jury and court cases to verdict and judgment and argued appeals at the Connecticut Supreme Court and the Second Circuit. He has acted as an arbitrator and has represented parties in numerous arbitrations. His areas of practice include medical malpractice, construction litigation, employment law, education law, commercial litigation, municipal liability, clergy abuse, sexual abuse, personal injury litigation, products liability, commercial and personal insurance disputes. He is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association, American Bar Association, including its Tort and Insurance Practice Section, the New Haven County Bar Association and the New Haven Inn of Court and a is past Vice President of the Guilford Land Conservation Trust. He is a member of the
Guilford Board of Education.
