We represent the State of Connecticut, municipalities, local or regional Boards of Education, and governmental sub-entities in various capacities, including as counsel defending claims brought under General Statutes §52-557n (liability for negligent acts or omissions), highway defect claims, civil rights violations, discrimination or other constitutional claims.
