PETER L. MILANO
Peter L. Milano graduated from Boston College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications in 2009. He received his Juris Doctor from New England Law|Boston in 2013. During law school, Peter worked at Tufts Medical Center, The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and Family Estate Planning Law Group. After law school, Peter served as a law clerk to the judges of the New Haven Superior Court.
Attorney Milano is admitted to practice in the State of Connecticut, United States District Court for the District of Connecticut, the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Court and the Mohegan Tribe Gaming Disputes Court. His general areas of practice include cases involving civil litigation, personal injury and motor vehicle liability, insurance defense, municipal liability, subrogation claims, commercial and construction litigation.
Peter was an Executive Board member and past President of the New Haven Young Lawyers Section of the New Haven County Bar Association where he undertook numerous projects such as the annual Horn of Plenty food drive with New Haven Downtown Evening Soup Kitchen, the annual Toys for Tots toy drive and volunteer events at Connecticut Food Bank. He is also an active member of the West Haven Bar Association and the Connecticut Defense Lawyers Association.
