Over the years our product liability practice has included litigation of claims involving a wide range of products and equipment such as medical devices, machinery, appliances, consumer products, pumps, construction equipment, trucks, electrical components, lighting and industrial manufacturing equipment, as well as defective food products and chemicals (involving explosions). We have extensive experience in handing failure to warn claims, which are separately identified statutory claims, see Connecticut’s Product Liability Act, General Statutes § 52-572q, and warranty claims.
